- Targeting
- Pressure training
or those who are new to MCQC and wish to learn and develop the avoidance strategies and I.A. drills; which are the heart of the MCQC system, then this is your opportunity to complete the MCQC Induction workshop which will be run concurrently.
The seminars are open to beginners and MCQC practitioners. All you require is a sense of humour and an open mind.
