Due to high demand we are rerunning our Knife and Weapons certified Defence course.
You will have the opportunity to learn how to defend yourself against knives, baseball bats and bottles. Then have a chance to suit up in full protective equipment and fight the techniques for real.
These techniques are easy to learn and once you have them the idea is to keep drilling them so they become an instinct rather than a thought pattern. I guarantee you will leave the course that day feeling more confident and more ready to deal with confrontation than when you walked in.
Everyone partaking in the course will receive a certificate from The British Combat Association and the Federation of MMA Krav Maga.
As always our gym has a restaurant, showers and parking available.
